Melbourne Stars

The Team The Melbourne Stars represent the green side of Melbourne in the Big Bash League (BBL) and WBBL. They play their home games at the iconic MCG and Lavington Sports Ground.

The Partnership Through The Inclusion Project, the Stars offer a Sensory Friendly Space at the MCG (Level 1, Gate 3) and provide sensory kits to help fans manage the high-energy T20 environment.

What loud noises can happen at the game?

T20 cricket is very loud. Expect pyrotechnics (fireworks) and flames after every "six" or wicket, loud pop music between every over, and the "Stars" chant over the PA system.

Is there any rounds that will be particularly loud?

Is the MGC easy to get to by public transport

Yes. Use Jolimont or Richmond Stations. The G-Train Mobility Shuttle also runs from these stations to help those with mobility issues reach the gates.
